For Couples Who Want a Celebration
The staff treated us like royalty it was unreal my partner and I were celebrating our engagement and they surprised us with champagne and chocolates it meant the world to us you could feel the love in the air. Every morning the buffet breakfast was a feast with all the choices you could imagine it made starting each day a delight.
It wasn't a bargain but we felt it was worth it.

Amazing staff and great location!
We were super happy with our stay! The room was clean and comfy, but what really stood out was the staff. They were super nice and went out of their way to help when my husband had an emergency. The bar area was chill, and it was so easy to explore the city! Just wish parking was a bit more convenient.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, especially enjoying the on-site restaurant, HQ. The staff was exceptional, accommodating our large family and making us feel at home. The park view room we had was spacious and beautifully clean, perfect for our needs.
My kids wished for a small kids' play area.

would love to come back
The hotel had an awesome location right across from Flagstaff Garden and close to Vic Market. The Deluxe Room had comfy amenities like a coffee machine, nice robes, and soft slippers. The lobby smelled amazing, and there’s refreshing lemon-infused water at reception. Staff was super helpful and friendly all throughout my stay.

Comfortable superior room with stunning park views and a quiet ambiance made my three-night stay enjoyable. The breakfast selection was impressive, especially the freshly made omelettes and extensive organic options. However, the Wi-Fi setup was confusing, requiring a code from the TV that wasn’t clear initially, and the bed configuration of two twins pushed together was less than ideal for couples. Despite minor setbacks, the attentive service greatly enhanced my experience.
